The American Association for Justice’s 2025 Winter Convention will be held at The Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Attending an AAJ Convention is an exclusive benefit provided only to the following AAJ member types and their guest: Regular, Sustaining, President’s Club, Life, Paralegal Affiliates, Government, Military, Retired, Law Students, Law Graduates, and Law Professors. Judges as well a State and Provincial Trial Lawyers Association Directors and their Staff are welcome.

You must be registered for the convention in order to reserve a hotel room.

The link to submit your worksheet online will be posted in the Convention Mobile App and on the Education page the final day of the convention. If you need assistance, visit the AAJ booth or registration area.

The app for the Convention will be available for download approximately one week prior to the convention. You will receive an email prior, containing the download instructions along with your login and password to access the app.

You have until February 7, 2025, to register by phone, but you can register throughout the convention online until February 18, 2025.

Yes, you can transfer your registration. The person must be a member of AAJ and an eligible member type to attend convention. Please email conventioncancellation@justice.org and be sure to include the new registrants name and contact information.

All Cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAJ at conventioncancellation@justice.org. CANCELLATION POLICY: all cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAJ. Cancellations received by December 6, 2024, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between December 7 and January 10, 2025, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After January 7, 2025, requests for refunds will not be honored. You can substitute your registration to another AAJ member in your firm.

AAJ will not cancel your hotel reservation, you must do that directly with the AAJ’s travel agent. After the housing cut-off, you will need to contact the hotel directly.

No childcare services will be provided for this convention.

The dress code for the Winter Convention is Business Causal for AAJ functions.

The hotel about 11 minutes from the Miami International Airport (MIA) and 30 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL).

The Miami International Airport offers a variety of ground transportation options, from major rental car companies to taxicabs, limousines, and Rideshare companies (Uber and Lyft) all conveniently located. Yes, there will be WIFI at the convention. The information will be provided onsite upon check-in.
